Action Planner

Every action you take has an opposite and equal reaction, i.e. the mental frequency you are tuned into dictates what is manifested in your reality.

It's for this reason that you need to practice self-control (mindfulness if you prefer) and ensure that your actions are those which will help you grow, both physically, mentally and spiritually.

The problem is there's never enough time to do all  you want to do, you forget what you were going to do or it falls down the list of priorities for the day, week, etc...

To help we have created a very simple daily action planner, simple because we know that the harder it is to use a goal management tool, the less likely you are to use it.

Our planner is simple, you decide what are your 3 priorities for the day for each of our 5 sections, then check them off at the end of the day and make a short note to record your feelings about how you felt under each section that day.

You may choose to record gratitude for achieving the particular task, or how you felt by not doing so.  You may note whether it was easy and if so how you can stretch yourself to the next level, the choice is yours, but we hope having a simple tool to help you focus your time and effort, will bring you closer to achieving your desires.
